  • Do you have a plan for ensuring continual communication over time?
  • Have you carefully chosen your communication channels?
  • Have you developed special strategies and messages for individual channels?
  • What communication tools will be used?
  • Is there a strategic rollout plan?
  • How will success be monitored?
